Commercial Measurement Project

For this commercial project, we conducted a detailed survey of the building, collecting measurements, structural and architectural details. We also located, tagged, and documented architectural features as requested, in addition to covering the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment. The deliverables included as-built floor plans, exterior elevation drawings, and reflected ceiling plans, along with a virtual building tour and photos.

Our on-site process includes capturing accurate LIDAR measurements and visuals throughout the interior, as well as the exterior and rooftop when applicable. Image tags are added to the virtual tour to document important MEP equipment details. Once the project has been completely documented, the data is assembled, and work begins on preparing the existing conditions floor plans, along with exterior elevation and reflected ceiling plans when applicable. These deliverables are provided in PDF and CAD file formats, typically within approximately 7 business days, along with an interactive virtual tour and a photo gallery.
